Dynamic Personnel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts in New Berlin, WI. The role supports high-speed beverage canning and powder operations with hands-on troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed to minimize downtime while maintaining GMP/HACCP compliance and safety standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing on high-speed equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• English reading, writing and communication required.
• Willing to work weekends, overtime and on-call as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair production equipment using mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Respond quickly to production line calls and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Support product setups, changeovers and general production operations.
• Monitor equipment for unusual sounds, movements or performance issues.
• Disassemble and repair equipment, replacing defective parts as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and regulatory standards.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times.
