Job summary

Forsman Farms, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will support production by responding to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and completing repairs to minimize downtime. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with electromechanical systems, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Degree or technical training in electro-mechanical systems preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on processing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Respond promptly to production service requests.
• Prioritize work orders and complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
