Qualifications

• Performs routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Follows safety procedures and Job Safety Analysis guidelines.
• Provides courteous service to guests and assists other departments as needed.
• Supports the Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities
