Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for keeping hotel equipment and systems operating safely and efficiently, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with repairs and upkeep across the property to ensure guest comfort and safety.

As a Concord Leader you’ll inspire your team, uphold integrity and professionalism, and support other departments while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Hands-on problem solving with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
