Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Weekend Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, document repairs in the EAM system, and support preventive maintenance. The role includes setting up new equipment, reading blueprints, and applying basic welding and machining skills.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years in maintenance, a GED or high school diploma, and be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses. Marvin offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training.
Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses.
Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Document repairs and preventive maintenance using the EAM system.
Inspect and repair production equipment; assist in machine repairs and train others in PM practices.
Set up new equipment; troubleshoot using specialty tools and decide on repair methods.
Interpret blueprints and part drawings for maintenance tasks.
Demonstrate machinist skills with a vertical mill and lathe; basic welding/fabrication techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and safety compliance.
Provide feedback on maintenance status and submit end-of-shift reports.
