Job summary

AVISTA RENTALS LLC is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher for Grande Shores Resort in Myrtle Beach. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts, dispatching calls to technicians across the property and handling basic engineering office duties.

You will maintain the work order system, delegate daily tasks with follow-up, keep inventory records, and communicate effectively to ensure guest issues are resolved promptly and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• One year of clerical experience in an office setting is preferred; Hospitality office experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch calls to and from technicians throughout the property.
• Handle basic office duties for the Engineering Department.
• Receive and store inventory according to standards and maintain property inventory records.
• Maintain the work order system following procedure/policy.
• Delegate duties and projects with follow-up in coordination with the manager.
• Communicate effectively between departments to resolve issues.
