Job summary

GrandeShores Resort in Myrtle Beach seeks an Engineering Dispatcher for weekends to efficiently route calls to technicians across the property and handle basic engineering office duties.

The role requires strong data entry, multitasking, and coordination between departments; prior clerical or hospitality office experience is a plus. You will maintain the work order system and inventory records while supporting daily tasks and guest service.

Qualifications

• One year of clerical experience preferred; hospitality office experience is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication and teamwork in an engineering/maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch calls to and from technicians across the property.
• Handle basic engineering office duties and record-keeping.
• Receive and store inventory according to standards; maintain property inventory records.
• Coordinate with managers for daily tasks and follow-up on assignments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and resolve guest-related issues promptly.
