Grande Shores Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher to efficiently dispatch calls to and from technicians across the property on Saturdays and Sundays. The role also supports basic engineering office duties and helps maintain inventory records.

Qualifications

• One year of clerical experience in an office setting is preferred.
• Hospitality office experience is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication between departments.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch calls to and from technicians across the property.
• Handle basic office duties for the Engineering Department.
• Receive and store inventory and maintain records.
• Keep the work order system updated according to policy.
