Engineering Dispatcher - GrandeShores Resort (Part-time - Saturday and Sunday Pay: $16.00)

The team member in this position is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property. The Engineering Dispatch also handles basic office duty work for the Engineering Department, receiving and storing inventory according to standards and maintaining property inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the work order system following procedure/policy.
• Delegate duties and projects with consistent follow up and coordination with the manager for daily tasks.
• Supportive Functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Promptly resolve any guest complaints or issues.
• Communicate effectively and promptly between departments.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• One year of clerical experience in an office setting is preferred; hospitality office experience is a plus.
