Breakers at Edgewater Beach seeks a Maintenance Coordinator for Saturday and Sunday per diem coverage. The role is part-time, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, focusing on keeping the building in good repair and handling routine and special work orders.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, prepping apartments for move-ins, ordering supplies, and responding to emergencies. A valid driver's license and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Clear and positive communication to everyone you encounter.
• Able to work independently and take satisfaction from completing a fix or project.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Maintain knowledge of property emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures.
• Maintain office, shop, and storage and ensure mechanical areas comply with policies.
• Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed.
