Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a print or mail room setting.
• Experience with Digital Printers or Large Production Printers preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Weekend shift: Thursday–Sunday 6am–4pm.
• Background and Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital printing on large production class printers.
• Fold and insert documents into envelopes using inserter machines.
• Carry out other mail room tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Verify print jobs against provided documentation;00 print, insert and complete communications on time.
• Handle envelopes/paper boxes up to 50 lbs.
