Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a print or mail room setting.
• Experience with Digital Printers or Large Production Printers preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Weekend shift: Thursday–Sunday 6am–4pm.
• Background and Drug test required.

Position Summary:

The job scope is working with the CVS corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

• PerformDigital printing on large production class printers.
• Folding & inserting documents into various envelopes on large class inserter machines.
• Perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
• Verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
• Transferenvelope/paper boxes that weighup to 50lb

Required.

• Verifiable High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a print or mail room setting
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with a Digital Printers or Large Production Printers
• Minimum 1 year experiencewith MicroSoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF
• Ability tolift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Must be available to work weekend shift Thursday-Sunday 6am-4pm
• Able to pass a background & Drug test

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $18.55/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
