Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in IL and/or WI.
• Must possess current CPR certificate or obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
• Demonstrates interest/knowledge in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
• Maintain highest quality care and patient safety at all times.
