Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a weekend team member and PRN/Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse in Northbrook, IL. You will administer medications, coordinate care, and monitor residents’ health, ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines.

The role includes admissions, care planning, emergency response, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. DailyPay is available; candidates must have an active LPN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state where practicing.
CPR certification required.
At least 1 year of experience in senior care or related field.
Completed accredited LPN program.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents per Federal & State regulations and guidelines.
May assist with admissions including assessments and documentation.
Develop acute and long-term care or service plans.
Monitor clinical systems (wounds, infection control) under supervisor.
Provide health-related consultations within the community.
Notify physicians or families of health changes and document appropriately.
Respond promptly to emergencies.
Maintain communication with departments and staff.
Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
Follow Safety and Disaster Plan; maintain confidentiality.
Attend required training and meetings.
Promote a safe working environment and preserve equipment.
Maintain a professional demeanor with residents, visitors, families, and coworkers.
May handle discharges, assessments, and documentation as needed.
Adhere to policies of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
