Sterling Estates East Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on a part-time weekend shift (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM). You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and help develop and monitor care plans.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating with physicians and families, and promoting resident independence in a supportive, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Georgia (required).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor care plans.
• Supervise assigned nursing staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Promote resident independence and participate in family communications.
