Sterling Estates East Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on a part-time weekend shift (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM). You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and help develop and monitor care plans.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating with physicians and families, and promoting resident independence in a supportive, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Georgia (required).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, performs assessments, develops and monitors care plans, and supervises the care provided by nursing staff.

Shift: Part-Time | Weekends Only | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote resident independence.
• Be responsible for identifying resident medical and behavioral changes and developing and monitoring care plans.
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established nursing standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Provide leadership and daily supervision to assigned staff while ensuring quality resident care.
