Job summary

Village Park Milton – Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Weekend LPN Lead to coordinate care and act as liaison between residents, families and staff. This part-time role involves weekend scheduling, supervising medication administration, and ensuring compliance with Georgia Assisted Living Rules.

Applicants must hold a current Georgia LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and be able to work weekend shifts; physical ability to assist with mobility up to 100 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN with a current Georgia license and in good standing.
• Must maintain emergency first aid and CPR certification.
• Experience coordinating weekend care and staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care planning with families, physicians, and home health staff on weekends.
• Supervise medication room, aides, and caregivers; ensure safe administration.
• Handle weekend scheduling issues and cover gaps as needed.
• Investigate incidents and escalate to Wellness Director or Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia Assisted Living Rules and regulations.
