Job summary

Sterling Estates East Cobb is seeking a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, conducts assessments, and helps develop and monitor care plans.

The position is part-time with weekend hours (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Candidates must hold a Georgia LPN license, have at least one year of nursing experience, and demonstrate strong clinical leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Current LPN license GA-valid.
• At least 1 year nursing experience; Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, performs assessments, develops and monitors care plans, and supervises the care provided by nursing staff.

Shift: Part-Time | Weekends Only | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote resident independence.
• Be responsible for identifying resident medical and behavioral changes and developing and monitoring care plans.
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established nursing standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Provide leadership and daily supervision to assigned staff while ensuring quality resident care.
