Sterling Estates East Cobb is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on a part-time weekends-only schedule (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM). This role provides direct nursing care, administers medications, performs assessments, and supervises nursing staff to support high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates will hold a Georgia LPN license, have at least one year of nursing experience (memory care or assisted living preferred), and demonstrate strong assessment,

• At least 1 year of nursing experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, performs assessments, develops and monitors care plans, and supervises the care provided by nursing staff.

Shift: Part-Time | Weekends Only | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote resident independence.
• Be responsible for identifying resident medical and behavioral changes and developing and monitoring care plans.
• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and established nursing standards.

• Provide leadership and daily supervision to assigned staff while ensuring quality resident care.
