Job summary
Anna Maria of Aurora Inc in Aurora, OH 44202 is seeking qualified LPNs and RNs for Full-Time Weekend Warrior shifts (7p-7a, Fri/Sat/Sun). Qualifications
- Must possess a current, active LPN or RN license in Ohio.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and support STNA team members.
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment.
- Assist with staff orientation and training.
