Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support STNA team members.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting; ensure a safe, clean care environment.
