Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking Per diem Licensed Practical Nurses to join The Residence at Freeman Lake. Weekend availability is a must, with new wages ranging from $34.50 to $39 per hour based on experience.

Part-time roles offer paid time off, holiday pay, and a supportive team environment. As a Wellness Nurse on the Resident Care Team, you will supervise care staff, monitor residents, assist with care plans, and coordinate with the Resident Care Director and MD as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least two years of geriatric care experience.
• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Oversee daily assignments of resident care staff and on-call duties.
• Assess resident needs and contribute to service plan development.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
• Assist with family communications and incident reporting as needed.
