Job summary

The Residence at Pearl Street, a part of LCB Senior Living, LLC, is seeking an LPN for per diem availability in Reading, MA. Wage band is $40.00 - $43.00 per hour based on experience. Join a team focused on high-quality senior care and community occupancy growth.

Responsibilities include supervision of resident care staff, medication administration under physician orders, and collaboration with the Resident Care Director to meet regulatory requirements and family needs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Two years of geriatric health care experience in hospital or community settings.
• Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assignments of resident care associates and monitor staffing.
• Evaluate resident needs and updates to service plans per regulations.
• Administer medications per physician orders and assist with injections as allowed by state law.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance across the community.
• Participate in community marketing and provide on-call support as needed.
• Assist with incident reports and coordinate with leadership for corrective actions.
