Qualifications

• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of nursing assistants according to regulations.
• Participate in admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
• Assess changes in residents’ status and document accordingly.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as per physician orders.
• Perform wound treatments and document observations.
