Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of nursing assistants according to regulations.
- Participate in admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
- Assess changes in residents’ status and document accordingly.
- Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
- Prepare and administer medications as per physician orders.
- Perform wound treatments and document observations.
