Job summary

Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor for a weekend-only role. You will lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, oversee rounds, and ensure care plans are followed with high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates have an active New Jersey LPN license, at least 2 years of LPN experience, and strong clinical judgment. A CPR certification is preferred, and you will play a key role in staff development and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and support nursing staff.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Conduct rounds and monitor residents’ conditions during shifts.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services follow care plans.
• Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and emergencies.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, incidents, and medication records for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards and state regulations.
• Assist with quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
