AristaCare at Cherry Hill is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekend shifts at our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role requires RN with New Jersey license and prior SNF/LTC supervisory experience to run the building with confidence when weekends arrive.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, address resident changes in condition, and ensure care aligns with care plans,

Qualificações

• RN licensure in New Jersey is required.
• Prior experience as Nursing Supervisor or Unit Manager in a SNF/LTC setting is required.
• Experience leading nursing teams on weekends and knowledge of post-acute care regulations is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the nursing leader on duty during weekend shifts, overseeing all clinical operations.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the floor.
• Respond to clinical concerns and resident changes in condition as the on-site decision-maker.
• Ensure care is delivered according to care plans, facility policy, and state/federal regulations.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing and leadership on weekend events and follow-ups.
