Job summary

Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor for a weekend-only shift. Lead LPNs and CNAs to deliver safe, high-quality resident care and provide clinical guidance throughout the weekend.

You will supervise daily rounds, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed while complying with state regulations. This role offers leadership growth, teamwork, and a supportive environment at Cadbury Cherry Hill.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License.
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lead nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Conduct rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans.
• Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions and emergencies.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, incidents, and medication records for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and state regulations.
• Assist with quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
