Job summary

Cadbury at Cherry Hill in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate care and adherence to care plans.

The role requires an active New Jersey LPN license, at least 2 years of LPN experience, and the ability to supervise daily rounds, document accurately, and communicate with families and physicians. Shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with weekends and holidays as needed; competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NJ LPN license.
• 2+ years LPN experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Availability for 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure individual care needs are met.
• Conduct daily rounds and follow up on changes in residents’ conditions.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services align with care plans and policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, incidents, and medication records.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions appropriately.
• Assist with compliance with state regulations and nursing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

As an LPN Nursing Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care

LPN Nursing Supervisor Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• At least 2 years of LPN experience

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
