Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality resident care in the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. This leadership role requires strong clinical judgment and excellent communication with residents, families, and the care team.

The successful candidate will supervise LPNs and CNAs, monitor resident conditions, conduct daily rounds, and support staff with clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License.
• At least 2 years of LPN experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure their individual care needs are being met.
• Conduct daily rounds and follow up on changes in residents’ conditions.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Review and maintain accurate documentation, including nursing notes, incidents, and medication records.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions appropriately.
• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
