You will monitor financial reports, promote strong public relations, and foster engagement aligned with core values to deliver compassionate patient care.

The role requires regulatory acumen, on-call availability, and a collaborative approach to drive growth, staff development, and community impact within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and provide high levels of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
