Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Memory Care and Assisted Living community. This full-time role from 6:30am to 7:00pm every other weekend and two weekdays includes administering medications, supporting wellness initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with quality monitoring while guiding Caregivers and Medication Technicians.

You will collaborate with physicians, family members, pharmacists and team members to ensure timely clinical

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• One year of medication administration experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians orders and coordinate services with providers; report changes to physicians and families.
• Provide medication administration to residents and document observations.
• Oversee Medication Technicians and care providers to follow care plans.
• Make situational decisions and manage conflicts constructively.
• Update resident medical records and incident reports.
