RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend days in Trenton, TN. This on-site, part-time role runs Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm, with compensation at $30.42 per hour.

The position focuses on delivering holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and supporting the Interdisciplinary Team. Key requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active nursing license, CPR certification, and strong

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Must communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, and the people supported and their families.
• Must be able to work independently, be organized, and prioritize work tasks.
• Physical requirements include: lift up to 40 pounds, stand and walk regularly, CPR from floor level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services to persons supported.
• Provide health related training to unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments or assist with medication administration.
• Assist with ensuring preventative and routine medical appointments are scheduled.
• Conduct medication closest assessments.
• Collect health related data.
• Observe for and report any abnormal health related findings to the physician.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, medical suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Advocate for the people supported and assist with developing community supports to promote optimal health.
