RHA Health Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, on-site role in Trenton, TN. The position starts at 12am with a Monday–Friday schedule, 12am–8am, at a wage of $30.42 per hour, offering the chance to make a difference for people with developmental and mental health needs.

You will support individuals, administer medications, train unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Effective communication with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services to persons supported.
• Provide health related training to unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments or assist with medication administration.
• Schedule preventative and routine medical appointments as needed.
• Conduct medication closeness assessments.
• Collect health related data and report abnormal findings.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Advocate for the people supported and develop community supports for health.
