Job summary
Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care for residents. Work three 12-hour Baylor shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with incentive pay per policy. Opportunities exist to pick up extra shifts and earn bonuses.
The role offers excellent health benefits, education reimbursement up to $7,500 annually, flexible scheduling, and retirement plan options. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.
Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain a current LPN license and CPR certification.
- CPR certification must be kept up to date; CPR within 90 days of hire.
- License must be in good standing with the state.
- No findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation in the registry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
- Assist with discharge planning and follow-up during stay.
- Collaborate with the resident and care team to develop a care plan.
- Implement the care plan effectively and efficiently with resident-centered outcomes.
- Communicate changes in plan with the physician and health care professionals.
- Provide and maintain comfort and knowledge of current nursing practice.
