Job summary
Brickyard Healthcare in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care. Work three 12-hour shifts each weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with Baylor incentive pay per company policy.
Opportunities exist to pick up extra shifts and earn incentive bonuses. The role includes excellent pay, comprehensive health benefits, education reimbursement up to $7,500 annually, and flexible scheduling options.
Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as an LPN.
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification. CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- License in good standing with the state with no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
Responsibilities
- Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered using the nursing process.
- Identify needs and input for discharge planning and follow-up during stay.
- Assist with development of individualized care plans with the resident and care team.
- Implement care plans effectively and cost-efficiently with resident-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals by sharing relevant information.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practice.
