Nashua Post Acute is seeking a dedicated LPN Weekend Warrior, proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. This role involves working Saturday and Sunday for five weekends on, with one weekend off in rotation. Shifts available include 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, and 11 pm-7 am.

The position offers a competitive base rate of $50 per hour plus shift differentials. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license in New Hampshire and at least one year of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 1 year of Experience as an LPN.
• Current BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide patient care according to nursing standards and plans.
• Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medication as per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
