Job summary

Higher Call Nursing Center is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care and support to our interdisciplinary team. This full-time role covers 6 PM–6 AM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and contribute to care plans while upholding patient-centered standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring under supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Monitor patient condition, progress and medications and report findings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds.

• Monitor and report on patient's condition, progress, and medications
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and needs

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or associate's degree in nursing preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment up to 50 pounds
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
