Shawn Manor Nursing Home is seeking an LPN to join our weekends team in Ponca City, OK. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a current LPN license, strong communication, and a compassionate, reliable, team-oriented approach. Benefits include PTO and insurance options with a weekend shift schedule.

Competenze

Current LPN license in good standing.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Mansioni

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
