Qualifications

• Ability to work with office equipment and computers.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and match planned freight to day cabs or condo trucks and drivers.
• Coordinate with department for driver, freight, and asset availability.
• Track drivers, loads and receivers to ensure dispatching continues to run as planned.
• Monitor Hours of Service for dispatching and compliance.
• Assist, coach and mentor drivers with training and administrative items.
• Handle urgent situations affecting on-time delivery.
