Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking a reliable Liquid Batcher / Canning Line Operator for our Beverage Operations team. This dual-role position focuses on batching but requires stepping in on the canning line as needed.

The role offers a 3-day weekend schedule (Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with a 40-hour paycheck, plus training during the week and potential overtime. You’ll ensure batch accuracy, safety, and high-quality production at scale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in batching, mixing, or similar roles (liquid batching preferred).
• Basic math and unit conversions; read recipes exactly.

Responsibilities

• Review batch tickets (MMRs) and gather ingredients.
• Pre-weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per batch tickets.
• Load ingredients into tanks and ensure proper blending for specs.
• Perform basic QA on mixing and syrup tanks; sample water and monitor pH.
• Maintain clean, sanitary batching areas at all times.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain canning line equipment.
• Monitor production for efficiency, quality, and downtime; address issues promptly.
