Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking motivated individuals to join our Weekend Shift in a fast-paced beverage canning operation. You’ll work Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, for a 3-day schedule with pay for 40 hours and 36 hours worked, plus training during the week with some flexibility.

You’ll set up and operate high-speed canning line equipment, monitor production for quality and uptime, and address faults with urgency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work additional hours if needed based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper).
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.
• Act with urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults.
• Identify and elevate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
• Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices.
• Support team operations through overtime as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
