Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is growing and seeks a reliable Liquid Batcher / Canning Line Operator to join our Beverage Operations team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This dual-role position focuses on batching, with opportunities to support the canning line after batching is complete.

Schedule includes a weekend shift with a 3-day work week that is paid as 40 hours. Training and overtime opportunities are available, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of batching, mixing, or similar roles (liquid batching preferred).
• Basic math and conversion skills (e.g., kilos to pounds, gallons to pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes exactly.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to work and stay on task under minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work overtime, flexible hours, and be on‑call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Batching Responsibilities: review batch tickets (MMRs), fetch ingredients, pre-weigh and mix ingredients, load into tanks, monitor blending and pH, and report deviations.
• Canning Line Responsibilities: set up and operate canning line equipment, monitor production, address equipment issues, and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety procedures, GMPs, sanitation standards, and assist team members as needed.
