HOLT Group is seeking a Manufacturing Line Advisor for the Weekend Day Shift in Waco, TX. This role supports production flow by validating material readiness, identifying shortages, and coordinating line readiness with planning and execution teams.

The incumbent will monitor line status, collaborate with supervisors, and escalate issues to protect schedule adherence while promoting safe work practices and ERP usage across the floor.

Formación

• 3+ years in manufacturing coordination, scheduling, or shop floor operations.
• Experience cross‑functionally with operations, planning, materials, engineering, and quality.
• Lean manufacturing exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify material readiness and bring shortages to attention before disruption.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and planning to align work and resources.
• Maintain line status visibility and communicate constraints to leadership.
• Escalate gaps in material, quality, or support promptly.
• Support continuous improvement for line readiness and material flow.
