You will validate material availability, identify shortages, and communicate line status to operations leadership, while partnering with planning, logistics, and engineering.

This full-time onsite role requires strong ERP skills, proactive problem solving, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, scheduling, logistics, or shop floor operations preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, planning, materials, engineering, and quality required
• Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP platform preferred

Aufgaben

• Model and promote the use of VBL tools to align with company vision and values
• Monitor production areas for readiness of jobs, materials, and dependencies
• Identify shortages and sequencing issues before they disrupt flow
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to resolve barriers
• Maintain visibility to line progress and communicate changes, blockers, and recovery plans
