Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, production coordination, scheduling, logistics, or shop floor operations.
• Experience cross-functionally with operations, planning, materials, engineering, and quality.
• Experience in custom manufacturing or low-volume/high-mix environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP platform preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitors production areas to confirm jobs, materials, kits, tools, drawings, and dependencies are ready for execution.
• Identifies shortages, sequencing problems, and readiness issues before interruptions.
• Coordinates with Production Supervisors, Capacity Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to resolve barriers.
• Helps validate short-term build readiness based on actual floor conditions.
• Maintains visibility to line progress and communicates changes, blockers, and recovery plans.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts related to line readiness and material flow.
