Job summary

Rookwood Properties is seeking a Saturday Leasing Consultant to join our Downtown Cincinnati team. This role focuses on guiding prospective tenants through the application and leasing process from inquiry to move-in, with a 10 am to 4 pm schedule on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include experience in retail, leasing, property management, or sales-oriented customer service roles.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service to all potential and current residents through phone, email, and in-person communication. Address inquiries, respond to concerns, and foster positive relationships with residents to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Comply with all Fair Housing laws, as well as established policies and procedures, in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of residency applicants.
