Job summary

Albany International Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the ASC Fan Blade Value Stream, E Shift (Fri-Sun, 7am–7pm), located in Rochester, NH. You will lead a production cell, coach operators, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

The role requires strong supervision skills, Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, and ability to work 24/7. Experience in SAP/Excel and a technical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma training is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow training materials and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach direct employees within the Value Stream.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices within the work cell.
• Drive continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Write QNs and coordinate with Quality/Engineering to clear parts.
