Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Physical demands include stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, and light lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work a 24/7 schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations to produce quality composites
• Set up equipment for production and perform inspections
• Complete production documentation and participate in inventory counts
