Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License are required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program specific airframes.
• Minimal supervision and leading small groups in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete the necessary jobs/tasks.
• Implement a strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Look for opportunities to reduce turn time of aircraft.
• Mentor and train technicians assigned to projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload.
• Lead multiple projects with scheduling and quality at the forefront.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and related systems.
