Qualifications

• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program specific airframes.
• Minimal supervision; lead small groups daily tasks.
• Techs are subject matter experts with broad knowledge of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs/tasks with sound judgement and involve the manager when needed.
• Implement a strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Identify opportunities to reduce turn time of aircraft.
• Train/mentor technicians on assigned projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload and ensure schedule and quality.
